4.1.Once you have purchased packs of KNORR Patak’s™ Indian Sauces and/or KNORR Patak’s™ Indian Spice Blend Pastes, to enter by text: text CURRY (followed by a space) together with the batch code (followed by a space) and your surname to 67777. For example “CURRY L9029 Smith”. Messages will be charged at standard network rate and may not be part of an inclusive text “bundle” – check with your provider. If entering online: entrants will need to complete the fields required on the entry form. Entrants will be notified instantly by the method that they entered (online or by text,) stating whether they are a winner or not, providing the relevant details of how to claim to winners. Please keep your original pack label as it will be required to validate a claim. Winning pack labels must be submitted within 28 days or prize claims may be invalidated.
5.1.How to claim: If you get a winning text message, post your winning KNORR Patak’s™ Indian Sauces or Pastes label along with your full name, address, date of birth, contact details and the mobile number that you entered with to KNORR Patak’s™ Indian Promotion, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY.

7.Prizes will be allocated by probability chance for every entry between the hours of 9am – 5pm, 7 days a week during the promotional period (To win the main prize of a trip for 2 to India or travel vouchers to the equivalent, each entrant will have a 1 in 16,000 chance, to win a pair of cinema tickets each entrant has a 1 in 32 chance).
8.By entering the promotion you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
9.Please ensure you have permission from the person paying the mobile phone bill before entering.
10.The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any entries or prize claims not received, corrupted, delayed, or ineligible for whatever reason. Proof of sending texts, entering online or claims will not be accepted as proof of receipt – we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for major prizes.
11.The Prizes:
  • Pairs of holiday vouchers worth €5,000 per pair, whilst the promotion is for a holiday to India, you are able to opt in to receive travel vouchers to the value of €5,000 as an alternative. Winners are responsible for ensuring they and their guests have adequate travel insurance and meet relevant immigration and visa requirements.

12.No cash alternative to stated prizes. Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13.No bulk or third party claims.

15.Accepting the prizes may give rise to tax liabilities, which are winners’ responsibility.
16.Travel vouchers will be sent out by Recorded Delivery and cinema tickets will be sent out by first class post to the address provided within 28 days.
17.The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
18.Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
19.The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity has occurred, or if it considers there has been any deliberate attempt to breach these rules.
